When I was 9 years old my father bought me my first apron and that was when I realized I wanted to become a baker. At a young age I cooked, baked, and canned goods with my mom experimenting with new recipes. I started my passion for all things sweet when I went to culinary school and graduated with my degree in baking and pastry. I love to create one of a kind cakes that not only look beautiful, but taste delicious.

I founded and started Nom Nom Cakes in 2017 and 

I am so proud to say that I am a one woman shop,  which means I make every single item that is made for each customer. Not only do I bake and assemble the cakes, I create all decorations, and do deliveries. I take pride in using high quality ingredients and value the quality of every order over the quantity that I take. I have a passion for creating exciting and beautiful cakes that also taste as delicious as they look. I create every flavor profile that I offer through trial and error. They have been tested over and over until I have found it to be perfect in taste and texture.
